New Linguistics Major to be offered starting Fall 2011!

Effective September 1, 2011, the Department of Linguistics and Cognitive Science will offer undergraduates the opportunity to major in Linguistics. The department already offers a Cognitive Science major, as well as a minor in Cognitive Science, and a minor in Linguistics. With the introduction of a new Major in Linguistics, the degree offerings will be complete and offer opportunities both with the cross-disciplinary field of cognitive science, as well as the more specialized major in linguistics.
